MMS Knowledge^® was launched as a consequence of feedback we received from clients in our regular client satisfaction surveys. It was very clear that what our clients were looking for from us was very high quality, added value materials which would help them to do their own jobs more effectively.

It always pays to listen to what your clients are telling you and since its introduction MMS Knowledge^® has been incredibly successful, with almost 3000 individual registrations and requests for approaching 14,000 items in just over eighteen months. Satisfaction levels have also been high with 98% saying registration was straightforward, 94% saying that materials arrived promptly and 91% saying our frequency of contact was correct.
