On subjects ranging from understanding City jargon to practical guidance on handling a dawn raid from the Competition authorities, we've been inundated by client interest in our range of Smartguides®.
So far we've distributed over 8000 copies of our Guide to City Jargon, with requests via our website and to our lawyers coming from as far afield as Canada, South Africa and USA. We have heard about a Paris headquartered company which was raided by the competition authorities. The London based in-house lawyer got up to speed by reading our Dawn Raids guide as the raid progressed: the guide had only arrived a couple of days before!
Our AIM team now receive calls from companies all over the world who have read their guide to the London AIM market.
