Our Mergers and Acquisitions Group comprises over 40 lawyers (including 16 partners) based across all our offices, advising on M&A transactions under English or Scots law.  The Group also draws on additional input from our specialist colleagues, for example in IP, tax, employment and pensions, competition and banking.
 
In addition to UK deals, we have a wide range of international transactional experience and are members of Lex Mundi, the world's leading association of independent law firms.

• Public company takeovers under the Takeover Code
• Schemes of arrangement
• Management buy outs, buy ins and leveraged acquisitions
