Recent renewable energy transactions include advising:

• Aquamarine Power Limited in relation to funding and regulatory work
• Scottish Enterprise on its investment in the Hydrogen Office Limited
• OFGEM and other regulatory bodies on the implementation of key renewables policy including the renewables obligation, offshore transmission networks, grid access and feed-in tariffs
• Combination of Rothes Distillers on bespoke contractual arrangements with Helius Energy plc in relation to a project to finance, construct and operate a fuel processing plant and a biomass power generation plant
• Firth Tidal Energy in relation to funding and other general commercial work
• Lloyds Group as lender to Greenenergy Biofuels Limited
• The management and one of the Argent Energy plc shareholders in connection with the Scottish consortium buy-out of the original investors in biodiesel producer Argent Energy plc
