Adam is a Senior Solicitor in the Corporate Department based in our London office. Having studied Law at the University of Manchester, Adam joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2006 and since qualifying in 2008 has carried out a wide variety of corporate and commercial work, including mergers and acquisitions, public company takeovers, secondary offerings, joint ventures and private equity investments. Adam has worked for a broad range of clients, including companies on the London Stock Exchange’s main and AIM markets, entrepreneurs, smaller growing companies and joint ventures.
