Alison is an Associate within the Private Client Department and has been with MMS for more than 20 years. She works part time, with a combination of working in the office and home working.

Alison deals with all aspects of advice in connection with the structure of a private client’s personal affairs. She deals with preparations of Wills, Living Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Tax Planning Reports, together with any ancillary conveyancing matters.

Alison also advises in connection with landed estates, including conveyancing issues and agricultural advice. She has also been involved in acting on behalf of land owners in connection with wind farms, dealing with Options and Leases.

Alison also assists in the drafting of Partnership Agreements and Deeds relating to the retrial or assumption of partners, again including any conveyancing arising.

Alison has also been a member of the Private Client Precedent Committee since it was founded. She has also steered the Committee which developed and introduced an Executry Case Management Workflow.
