Andrew is an Associate in the Corporate Department based in our Edinburgh office. He joined Maclay Murray & Spens in October 2010 having worked in the Corporate Department of Travers Smith LLP in London. He has experience of a broad range of corporate work, specialising in public and private acquisitions and mergers, and fundraisings by companies listed on the Main Market and AIM.
