Claire joined Maclay Murray & Spens LLP in January 2011, having been a Partner with an international law firm in its London office. She is a member of the Corporate Division and is based in our Edinburgh office.
Claire advises both public and private companies on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, equity fundraisings, initial public offers (IPOs) and secondary issues on the AIM and PLUS markets, investment agreements and group reorganisations.
Claire has worked with a broad range of clients, both in terms of size and in sector type, most recently advising clients in the food and drink, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
Claire is admitted as a solicitor in Scotland and in England & Wales.
