Claire is responsible for managing all aspects of our professional and comprehensive HR service within MMS. This includes HR strategy, policy and planning; recruitment and selection; training and development; employee relations; payroll and benefits; and the provision of general HR advice and guidance. Claire heads up a small dedicated team of CIPD qualified HR professionals, HR Administrators and Training Consultants. Her team works diligently to support our employees with any queries or issues they may have as well as to assist Partners and Directors manage and develop their teams effectively to ensure we provide a quality service to our clients.
