Claire is a senior solicitor who has specialised in employment law since she qualified in 2004. Claire is experienced in advising employer clients in the public and private sectors on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters. Her expertise ranges from providing practical and commercial advice on all day-to-day HR queries to providing strategic advice on complex business reorganisations, redundancies and TUPE transfers. Claire also provides employment law support to the Firm’s corporate and property teams on mergers and acquisitions and outsourcing. She regularly represents clients across the UK in the Employment Tribunal and has experience of private and judicial mediations. She is also regularly involved in designing and delivering training for clients.
