Dawn joined MMS as a trainee solicitor in 2008 and is now a senior solicitor in the EU, Competition and Regulatory department. She studied law at Glasgow University and completed a Masters in International Competition Law from the University of Glasgow in 2007.

Dawn has experience in a range of competition law matters including competition compliance, cartel investigations, public procurement, state aid and merger control. She also has particular experience in relation to the preparation and implementation of anti-bribery and corruption policies in light of the new Bribery Act 2010.
