Duncan joined MMS as a trainee solicitor in August 2006 where his seats were in Commercial Dispute Resolution, Property and Private Client. He qualified as a solicitor in August 2008 and was made a Senior Solicitor in August 2011.
Duncan deals with a broad range of civil and commercial disputes, including contractual and property disputes and professional negligence claims. He has experience of representing clients in the Sheriff Court, the Court of Session and alternative forms of dispute resolution, including commercial mediation. Duncan is a member of the firm's licensing team and has represented clients before licensing boards across Scotland.
