Florinda is a solicitor in the Commercial Dispute Resolution Department and is based in our Aberdeen office. She joined the firm as a trainee in 2008 undertaking seats in our Corporate, Private Client and Commercial Dispute Resolution Departments.

Florinda has experience dealing with a wide range of civil and commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, insolvency litigation, debt recovery and personal injury. Having initially qualified into our Private Client Department, she also has a particular interest in contentious trust and executry matters.
