Gareth is an Associate in our Commercial Dispute Resolution Department and joined the firm as a trainee in 2003. He deals with a broad range of civil, commercial and property related disputes. Gareth has extensive experience of representing clients in the Sheriff Court, the Court of Session and in alternative forms of dispute resolution, including commercial mediation. He also has a substantial personal injury practice and has represented clients at Fatal Accident Inquiries.
