Gareth Tenner is a solicitor in the Capital Projects Department based in our Edinburgh Office. Having studied law and gaining his Diploma in Legal Studies at the University of Edinburgh, he joined Maclay Murray & Spens LLP as a trainee solicitor and qualified into the Capital Projects Department in 2006.

Gareth specialises in project finance transactions in the PPP/PFI area and advises private sector bidders, funding institutions, FM Contractors and equity investors in PPP/PFI transactions throughout the UK.

Gareth has also acted for a variety of clients engaged in the secondary market of PFI/PPP projects including a large securitised secondary market fund.
