Gareth Tenner is an associate in the Capital Projects Department based in our Edinburgh Office. Having studied law and gaining his Diploma in Legal Studies at the University of Edinburgh, he joined Maclay Murray & Spens LLP as a trainee solicitor and qualified into the Capital Projects Department in 2006.

Gareth specialises in project finance transactions in the PPP/PFI area and advises private sector bidders, funding institutions, FM Contractors and equity investors in PPP/PFI transactions throughout the UK.

Gareth has also acted for a variety of clients engaged in the secondary market of PFI/PPP projects including a large securitised secondary market fund.
