Gordon is a partner and head of the Property Department based in our Glasgow office. He carries out work for a broad range of clients with commercial property interests including institutional investors, property companies, developers, retailers, industrial companies, banks and public bodies. He has considerable experience in all aspects of work connected with commercial property.

Gordon and his team are regularly involved in substantial investment acquisitions and disposals throughout Scotland involving a whole range of different property types, i.e. offices, retail premises, hotels, industrial premises. The property aspect of corporate transactions is also an area of work Gordon is involved in. He was, for example, involved in the property aspects of the acquisition of Scottish Amicable by the Prudential. Gordon is also experienced in acting for debenture stockholders, in tailoring debenture stock documentation to facilitate taking security over Scottish property and in public body property work.
