Guy is a Partner based in our London office and head of the firm’s Financial Services Group. Guy is a corporate finance and investment funds lawyer, working in the main with main market listed companies, fund managers and their funds and other FSA regulated businesses, advising on M&A, public company and financial services law. Guy’s clients include Aberdeen Asset Management, Optos plc and The Edinburgh Investment Trust.

Guy has been at Maclay Murray & Spens since commencing training in 1999, apart from 13 months spent working in a French law firm in 2002-03.

Guy is also a member of the firm's Capital Markets Group.
