Gwen is Head of the Tax Department of the firm. She is based in our Glasgow office. She joined in March 2001 from Deloitte & Touche where she worked for many years in a senior role in both their Glasgow & London offices. During that time she worked alongside Maclay Murray & Spens on numerous corporate deals. She provides proactive tax advice to clients at the point where they are considering embarking on a deal and has particular expertise in structuring deals.
