Hayley Manson is an Associate in Private Client and Charities and works in both our Edinburgh and Glasgow offices. Hayley has been with the firm since 2006 and has a particular focus on building on the services offered to our Edinburgh client base.

Hayley's private client work covers all aspects of estate planing including Wills, Powers of Attorney, executries, trusts and inheritance tax. Hayley has particular experience and interest in dealing with high value, complex estates and high net worth and entrepreneurial individuals.

Prior to joining the firm, Hayley was a member of the legal staff at the Scottish Law Commission and worked on the trusts and succession projects. Hayley currently tutors property, trusts and succession at the University of Strathclyde.

Hayley is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
