Helen is a senior solicitor in the Financial Services Group based in our London office. Helen has a broad range of experience in advising clients within the financial services sector including investment companies, funds and investment managers.
Helen advises on mergers and reorganisations of investment companies, equity security issues, debt issues and investment management agreements. Helen also provides general corporate and regulatory advice to financial services clients including in relation to management buy-outs, mergers and acquisitions and commercial agreements.
Helen studied law at the University of Auckland in New Zealand, where she qualified in 2004. Helen joined the firm in 2007 and qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2009.
Helen is a member of the firm’s Investment Funds Group.
