Jane Green is a partner and head of the Employment Pensions and Benefits team. Jane has extensive experience supporting our clients throughout the UK. Jane's specialist areas of practice are business transfers and restructure, data protection and working time and she has a particular interest in mediation and alternative dispute resolution. Her strength lies in supporting clients with practical, commercial advice to effectively handle employment law issues, from training managers to recognise and manage risk through to the resolution of disputes. Over many years she has developed particular expertise supporting our clients in financial services, the food and drink and social care sectors. Jane is Convenor of the Law Society of Scotland's Employment Law Specialisation Panel, a member of the Employment Law Sub-Committee and the Employment Law Group. Prior to joining MMS as a partner in 2001, Jane was a partner in the niche employment firm, Mackay Simon.
