John is a specialist in residential development property work, and heads up the MMS House Builder Unit which has been set up within MMS in recognition of the specific requirements of house builders. The House Builder Unit is designed to provide house builders (and landowners) with a service tailored to the specific needs of this sector. John has gained extensive experience in the field of residential development through acting for a variety of developers. The work undertaken has included special project work, the taking of strategic options, the preparation of jigsaw options, consortium agreements, the acquisition of development sites, the setting up of residential developments for sale, and the management of plot sales.
As well as acting for developers, John has extensive experience of acting for landowners in the disposal of residential development sites, and so is very aware of the landowners' requirements and expectations.
