Kimberley is a senior solicitor in the Corporate Department based in our Glasgow Office. Kimberley studied law at the University of Glasgow and joined the firm as a trainee in 2006, qualifying as a solicitor in September 2008. Kimberley also spent a year of her degree studying law in Spain and is competent in both written and spoken Spanish.

Kimberley is involved in a wide variety of corporate and commercial work including M&A, Private Equity and public sector investment transactions and general corporate advice to companies and owner/managers. Kimberley is also a member of the Corporate Recovery team and acts for a number of leading insolvency practitioners and major banks in the appointments of Administrators, Receivers and Liquidators to insolvent businesses, advising primarily in disposals and trading and other issues arising in the insolvency process.
