Kirsti is a Partner in the Construction & Engineering Department. She has amassed considerable experience in the field of construction litigation, and is involved in giving clients tactical and strategic advice in relation to the many forms of dispute resolution open to them. She is involved in a number of "heavy weight" construction cases, both engineering and building, for consultants, contractors and employers. Kirsti acts as a clerk in adjudications and she is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of the Society of Construction Law.
