Lorna is a Director in the Tax Department. She joined the firm in August 2000 as a trainee solicitor, qualifying into the Tax Department in 2002.
Lorna is also a Chartered Tax Advisor and advises on tax aspects of corporate and commercial property transactions from a legal and planning perspective (both corporate and personal tax). Lorna undertakes a broad range of tax advisory work, and has a particular interest in structuring property transactions and stamp duty land tax mitigation and advice.
