Louise is an Associate in the Corporate Department based in our Glasgow office. She first joined Maclay Murray & Spens as a trainee in 2000 and has recently rejoined the firm after spending 18 months working for a major international law firm in Sydney, Australia.

Louise has experience of a broad range of corporate work, including private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and commercial contracts. She has undertaken a significant number of international cross border transactions, both in the UK and in Australia.

Louise is admitted as a solicitor in Scotland and in England & Wales and is a notary public.
