Darius joined MMS in September 2011 as a Partner in our Corporate Department and is based in our London office. He advises on a broad range of corporate finance work, including domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, IPOs, secondary offerings, public to private transactions, restructurings, capital reductions and corporate governance matters. He represents several US clients operating in Europe, the Middle East and Asia as well as a number of UK and other international companies.

Darius is a regular writer and speaker on corporate finance matters, most recently at the London Stock Exchange’s IPO Forum.
