Elise joined MMS as a trainee solicitor in 2009 and is now an Assistant in the Employment department working in the Edinburgh office. She studied Law at Edinburgh University and spent a year studying at Rijksuniversiteit, Groningen in The Netherlands. Elise advises on a wide range of employment issues including recruitment, contracts of employment, workplace policies, disciplinary matters, absence management, capability, redundancy and reorganisation. She also advises both employer and individual clients on contentious matters.
