Roisin is a solicitor in the Banking & Finance Department based in our London office.

Roisin trained with Dillon Eustace in Dublin and was admitted as a solicitor in Ireland in 2009. Subsequently, she worked for the National Asset Management Agency (NAMA) legal team with Irish Nationwide Building Society before joining Maclay Murray & Spens LLP in 2011. She is admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales as well as Ireland and is also a qualified associate of the Irish Taxation Institute.

Roisin has experience advising borrowers and lenders on all types of corporate banking and structured finance transactions including acquisition finance, property finance and restructuring matters.
