Sophie is a solicitor in the Employment team based in our London office. She is experienced in advising both employers and executives on a wide range of complex employment law issues. Sophie's expertise includes issuing and defending Employment Tribunal claims, advising on and drafting employment contracts, implementing and managing policies and procedures, dealing with discipline and grievance matters and redundancy. Sophie also advises on managing disputes in the workplace and arrangements for the termination of employment.

Sophie has experience in Employment Tribunals and has managed complex cases including unfair dismissal, discrimination, breach of contract and whistle blowing. Sophie has also represented clients at both Judicial and Commercial mediations.

Sophie is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
