Wayne joined MMS in November 2011 as a Partner in our Corporate Department and is based in our London Office. His main practice area is Private Equity work, having acted for VCT funds, VCT fund managers, private equity houses and institutions, venture capitalists, entrepreneurs and management teams. He also has extensive experience and practice in M&A, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and debt finance. Wayne's broad corporate experience covers both domestic and international transactions and spans a number of sectors including media, gaming/gambling, manufacturing, technology, leisure, healthcare, retail and renewables.
