After graduating from Liverpool University in 1998, Mark trained and worked as a qualified solicitor in Northampton. He joined Maclay Murray & Spens in 2006 and has a wide experience of corporate work, including company mergers and acquisitions, private equity finance, joint ventures and restructurings. More recently he has advised in connection with IPO's and secondary fundraisings on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.

Mark is based in London and is a member of the capital markets group.
