Rathi is a solicitor in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team in London. She read law at University College London and trained and qualified at Maclay Murray & Spens LLP.
Rathi has acted on a broad range of High Court commercial litigation claims, including professional negligence, breach of warranty and fraud claims. Rathi has a particular interest in the financial services sector; she has acted on several Court approved insurance business transfer schemes and for lenders on an assortment of matters.
