Rebecca is a solicitor in the Corporate Department, based in our London office.

Having studied History at the University of Exeter and completing the PgDL and LPC at the College of Law, York, Rebecca joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2005. She qualified as a solicitor in 2007.

Rebecca undertakes a broad range of corporate and commercial work including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and capital markets work. Rebecca is a member of the firm's Capital Markets Group.
