Richard is a solicitor specialising in employment law who works in both our Glasgow and Edinburgh offices. Richard advises on a wide variety of employment issues ranging from redundancy and business reorganisations to immigration and unfair dismissal. He has a particular interest in discrimination law and equal pay and before joining MMS spent twelve months on secondment assisting one of Scotland’s largest local authorities with its equal pay litigation.
Before qualifying as a solicitor Richard spent five years working in the public sector and a further two years with one of the UK’s leading financial institutions during which time he graduated with an LLM in Commercial Law.
