Rod is based in Edinburgh Office and specialises in project finance transactions mostly in the PPP/PFI arena but in other sectors too, such as windfarms.
Rod advises private sector bidders, funding institutions and FM contractors in PPP/PFI transactions throughout the UK in wide range of sectors including the health, education and accommodation sectors. Before his return to the firm in 2001, he gained extensive experience in acting for public authorities in PPP/PFI transactions.
