Roddy trained with Maclay Murray & Spens LLP and has worked in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team since qualifying as a solicitor in 2010.
Roddy has a broad range of experience in dealing with civil, commercial and property related disputes. He has appeared in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland and has represented clients in the Court of Session. Roddy has a particular interest in procurement matters and has acted in high profile insolvency disputes.
