Roger Tynan is a partner based in our London Office. He has a wealth of experience in advising clients on employment law issues. Roger acts for both businesses and executives in the UK and abroad, often at times of transition and organisational change or where a working relationship is ending. He is accustomed to negotiating complex bonus, share and incentive issues on termination. Through a partnership approach, Roger provides strategic advice on the many and complex human resource issues that affect all businesses, from recruitment through to termination. Roger has a practical approach and will not sit on the fence. An experienced Court and Tribunal advocate, Roger has litigated a number of very high value discrimination claims. He has represented professional services firms and individuals within the law, medicine, accountancy, finance, surveying, engineering and architecture, including cases of professional misconduct. Roger has a particular interest in mediation and alternative dispute resolution.
Roger is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. He will be happy to discuss your organisation's training needs with you, including training which is tailored to the particular needs of its managers and HR professionals.
