Roger Tynan is a partner based in our London Office. He has a wealth of experience in advising clients on business transfer and employment law issues. Roger acts for both organisations and executives in the UK and abroad, often at times of transition and major organisational change or where a working relationship is ending. He is accustomed to negotiating complex bonus, share and incentive issues on termination. Through a partnership approach, Roger provides strategic advice on the many and complex human resource issues that affect all organisations, from recruitment through to termination. Roger has a practical approach and will not sit on the fence. An experienced Court and Tribunal advocate, Roger has litigated many high value discrimination claims. He has represented professional services firms and individuals across the professions, as well as registered providers and charitable care companies, often where regulatory and professional conduct issues are involved. Roger has a particular interest in mediation and alternative dispute resolution.
