Ross is a solicitor in our Commercial Dispute Resolution team in London and has worked for MMS since 2008. He has experience of dispute resolution procedures, covering commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation, as well as regulatory proceedings and insolvency. Ross has a particular interest in contentious regulatory matters within the financial services sector, commercial fraud, cross-border asset recovery and injunctive relief.
He is dual qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales (2011) and Scotland (2010), and has authored a chapter on commercial dispute resolution in the UK for the PLC Cross-Border Dispute Resolution Handbook 2011/2012.
Ross is a member of the Fraud Advisory Panel and the Financial Services Lawyers Association.
