Sarah is a senior solicitor based in our London office. She specialises in employment law and advises employers, the majority of which are registered providers or charitable care companies, on employment disputes as well as day-to-day non-contentious matters. She advises generally on a variety of complex human resource issues including organisational restructuring, redundancies and transfers of undertakings, difficult grievance and disciplinary matters, data protection, harassment, bullying and discrimination issues and atypical working. Sarah has been involved in running complex sex, race, disability, religion and age discrimination and harassment cases at the Employment Tribunal. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
