Sarah is an Associate in our House Builder Unit within the Property Department based in the Edinburgh Office. Having studied Law at Edinburgh University she joined the firm in September 2001.

Sarah specialises in acting for house builders dealing mainly with the purchase and sale of development sites, from title examination stage to contract or option conclusion and settlement. She acts for a variety of national and niche developers and has experience in advising on complex title issues and procuring commercial development solutions that are acceptable for bank financed developers.
