Sheena is a Senior Solicitor in the Real Estate team in Glasgow.

Sheena has been involved in a broad range of commercial property transactions for clients who include institutional investors, developers, insolvency practitioners, the public sector and commercial landlords and tenants.

Her experience includes acquisitions and disposals of development land and investment properties including retail parks, industrial units and office accommodation; leasing transactions for both landlords and tenants including agreements for lease and ongoing lease management; development work including initial title examinations and drafting deeds of conditions; funding agreements and acting for insolvency practitioners in establishing title to sites and onward sale of insolvent company property.
