Silvana joined Maclay Murray & Spens as a trainee solicitor in 2006 and is now a Senior Solicitor in the Tax Department. Silvana advises on a broad range of tax matters including international taxation, Stamp Duty Land Tax, VAT and employment taxes. Silvana has a particular interest in tax and financial services and has assisted in providing advice on the UK direct tax and VAT implications for UK funds and offshore funds investing in the UK.
Silvana is a member of the firm’s Investment Funds Group.
