Simon is a partner in the Commercial Dispute Resolution department in London where he also heads up the Restructuring and Insolvency Group. Shortly after qualification in Scotland in 1989, Simon moved to London in 1990 to join Rosling King where he became a partner in 1995. He has practiced in London ever since, joining us as partner in 2006.

Simon has wide experience of commercial litigation in all divisions of the High Court with particular emphasis on recovery litigation involving fraud, professional negligence and contentious insolvency. Simon acts for clients across a number of sectors including banking and financial services.

Simon is qualified in Scotland and England and is a member of the professional Negligence Lawyers Association and the London Solicitors Litigation Association.

Simon is recognised as a notable practitioner in Dispute Resolution and Litigation in London by Chambers who comment that he is "a highly client focused and commercially acute lawyer".
