Steph studied law at Glasgow University and joined MMS as a trainee solicitor in 2008. During her traineeship Steph worked in each of the firm's UK offices, and thereafter qualified as a solicitor in the Intellectual Property & Technology department in 2010.

Steph has a broad range of experience in drafting and advising on commercial contracts, advising on the protection and commercialisation of intellectual property, information technology law and data protection matters. She has specific experience of advising on international intellectual property portfolios, as well as particular experience of international agency and distribution matters, both in contract drafting and advising on related disputes.
