Stuart is a Partner in the Banking & Finance Department based in our Aberdeen office. He trained with Maclay Murray & Spens, joining in September 2003.
Stuart has extensive experience advising borrowers and lenders in relation to acquisition finance, corporate restructurings, project finance, technology and growth finance, oil and gas, and general corporate banking. Stuart has particular expertise in relation to the finance aspects of private equity and MBO transactions and has acted for a number of high profile corporates and lenders on UK and international transactions covering a wide variety of sectors.
