Sue has worked in the Commercial Dispute Resolution Department of Maclay Murray & Spens since 2000.
She is a qualified paralegal who has been at the forefront of debt recovery management for many years. She has a wide and comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of debt recovery. Sue is the principal point of contact for both high volume debt recovery clients and individual clients. Responsible for advising client on all areas relating to debt recovery, including pre-action advice, court actions, enforcement of court order. Also responsible for provision of reports both standard and ad hoc as required.
She is responsible for the supervision and management of the debt recovery team. This includes monitoring our own internal procedures, the requirements of our clients and their business needs, and any changes to legislation to ensure that the optimum level of service is delivered at all times.
