Wendy is a partner in the Housing & Care Department based in our London office. She specialises in the provision of legal services to Registered Social Landlords and lenders as well as third parties involved in the social housing sector. Wendy undertook her Legal Practice Course at Guildhall University and worked at Trowers & Hamlins before and since becoming a solicitor. She joined the firm in 2000.

She is involved with mainly property development, finance and governance work acting for both registered social landlords and lenders and has previously been involved in the provision of key worker accommodation via English Partnerships, the transfer of over twenty housing estates between Registered Social Landlords and the acquisition of affordable housing in seven phases in a scheme in Hampshire. In respect of her finance work she undertakes this both on behalf of the lenders in vetting property being put into charge and also acting for Registered Social Landlords in putting properties into charge. Her governance work has involved recently a merger between two Royal Charter organisations. Wendy, in addition to these principal areas, also undertakes a full range of legal services for the social housing sector.
