Although like any organisation we look very closely at our financial results, just as important for us are the results from our regular client research studies. In such challenging times it's vital that the firm listens to our clients and ensure we're doing all the right things. The results from our latest client research study from late 2010 are particulary positive. We'de like to thank again those clients who gave up their time to provide feedback.
'In line with the economic downturn, we have observed clients become more demanding of their law firms and as a rule overall satisfaction scores have remained static or reduced slightly. MMS has bucked this trend notably in several areas, delivering some excellent results for the firm.
