Although like any organisation we look very closely at our financial results, just as important for us are the results from our regular client research studies. In such challenging times it's vital that the firm listens to our clients and ensure we're doing all the right things. The results from our latest client research study from late 2010 are particulary positive. We'de like to thank again those clients who gave up their time to provide feedback.


94% of our clients would recommend us 76% think we're positively differentiated from our competitors We exceed Scottish, UK and global benchmarks on client satisfaction In reponse to the question:
We exceed the UK Benchmark on relationship management, with our score increating steadily and consistently over the last 3 research phases. Above UK Benchmark 70% Recall For marketing materials, recognition of MMS's is higher than Acritas UK benchmark of 53% at 70%

 

'In line with the economic downturn, we have observed clients become more demanding of their law firms and as a rule overall satisfaction scores have remained static or reduced slightly. MMS has bucked this trend notably in several areas, delivering some excellent results for the firm. The firm should be very proud of its achievements in this tough climate and has an excellent platform on which to continue to develop client relationships'
